171: En Ecuador, y como parte de las estrategias para su tratamiento, el Ministerio de Salud Pública (MSP) mantiene activa la línea 171, opción 6, con el fin de que la ciudadanía que requiere primeros auxilios psicológicos pueda comunicarse y recibir apoyo oportuno. Entre las acciones y estrategias de prevención, atención y acompañamiento en salud mental que promueve el Ministerio de Salud, podemos destacar la línea telefónica 171, opción 6, para servicio gratuito de atención de salud mental e intervención en crisis, que registra en 2024 un total de 334 llamadas atendidas.
