"This meeting does not promote any specific form of meditation. We read pages 99 and 100 from Twelve Steps & Twelve Traditions. We then sit in 20 minutes of silence, followed by a 20 minute speaker and sharing on our Step 11 experience. All fellowships welcomed.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other recover from alcoholism. There are no dues or fees, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
