Notes
Two alcoholics have a conversation about emotional sobriety, discussing how it shows up in their daily lives and connects to their AA program, followed by group sharing. The topic and format is inspired by Bill Wilson’s Grapevine article on emotional sobriety and the meeting from Los Angeles of the same name.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other recover from alcoholism. There are no dues or fees, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
