The 24 International Marathon Meeting of AA was started by two newcomers from New Zealand with cell phones at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. The meeting has been running continuously since 20 April 2020.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other recover from alcoholism. There are no dues or fees, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
