Notes
Alcoholics Anonymous Recovery with Challenges (AARC) is dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals recovering from alcoholism who also face challenges related to mental and physical health, including trauma and chronic conditions. We meet to listen to a speaker share their own story or read a story from AA-approved literature that focuses on our needs. Relevant topics are discussed during the sharing portion of the meeting. For many sobriety includes recovery from addiction and coexistent mental or physical disorders, self-medication. AARC does provide special focus and solution insights here.: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/9807467087
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other recover from alcoholism. There are no dues or fees, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
