Notes
Solution based and a safe space to discuss mental health from recovery to recovered. This is an OPEN meeting. We will from the AA Pamphlet A.A. for Alcoholics with Mental Health Issues or read a spiritual daily reflection and provide a space to share about mental health. No judgments and no opinions. Strictly a space to share what has worked for individuals that have found freedom from the disease of alcoholism, addiction, depression, anxiety, and beyond. All are welcome.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other recover from alcoholism. There are no dues or fees, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
