Notes
This meeting is open to women and trans people of all genders, including those who identify as gender non-binary. We ask A.A. members who identify as men to respect the special focus of this meeting and not attend. The meeting format consists of a 5 minute meditation, 7 minutes of journaling and discussion.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who help each other recover from alcoholism. There are no dues or fees, and the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
